I love kicking off the NFL season with seafood and this year I chose local yellowfin tuna from Fisherman’s Wharf Gloucester. Tuna steaks are not showcased enough on this site and I didn’t do nearly enough grilling this very busy summer. Just out of curiosity I asked OpenAI’s ChatGPT to write me a blog post on buying local seafood. So here is the closest thing I’ve had to a guest post so far.
